OGeneral Affairs Department coordinates and provides services to all employees of the State Archives in Pazin. Within the Department of General Affairs there is a directorate, expert council, accounting, legal affairs, a registry office, the archives of the State Archives in Pazin and the cleaning and maintenance service.
The activities of the Department are as follows:
- performs general, legal and personnel tasks
- monitors and studies regulations of importance for the operations of the State Archives in Pazin, care for the preparation and harmonization of normative acts of the State Archives in Pazin
- takes care of the safety of facilities and property
- manages the system for the disposal of files and the care of the archives of the State Archives in Pazin
- organizes and performs maintenance of facilities and equipment and tasks related to the procurement of equipment and services
- Caring for the performance of contractual obligations
- performs financial ‑bookkeeping tasks of the State Archives in Pazin
