Ordinance on procurement plan, contract register, prior consultation in market analysis in public procurement (OG 101/2017, 144/20 and 30/23) (hereinafter: Rules) prescribe the content, the deadline for adoption, the method and deadlines for publication, the method of change and other issues related to the procurement plan and the register of public contracts and framework agreements, as well as the content of reports, the method, deadlines for publication and other issues related to prior consultation and market analysis. The Rules entered into force on 1 January 2018.
Article 6 It is stipulated that the contracting authority is obliged to establish a register of contracts and framework agreements for the subject matter of procurement whose value, net of VAT, is equal to or greater than EUR 2,650.00 within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the first contract or framework agreement. The contracting entity shall update the register of contracts as necessary and at least once every six months.
Article 7 The contracting authority is obliged to publish the register of contracts and all its subsequent changes in a standardised form in the EOJN within eight days from the date of constitution or change.
Accordingly, for all simple procurements and public procurements since 2018 published in EOJN (new link) or EOJN (old link), and the search can be done by entering the name of the client (SUSTAINABLE ARCHIVE IN PAZIN).
