Our obligations
State Archives in Pazin (hereinafter: Archives) attaches great importance to your privacy. The archives have fully implemented the regulation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the law of the European Union. Please read this privacy policy to find out how we collect, process and store the information you have provided to us using the website and contact form. We collect various types of information, including information that identifies you as an individual (personal information). A more detailed explanation is provided below.
What kind of information do we collect?
When you use our website, we may collect information that you have chosen to share with us. For example, in contact form, you have shared information with us. - In order to establish the required communication for the purpose of your requested query for a specific service. For example, when you send an inquiry through the contact form, the Archive collects the personal data obtained for the continuation of communication for the purpose of cooperation.

- When a user visits our website and clicks on a particular page, anonymous information is collected about visits to certain subpages of our website (Google Analytics tools).
Cooperation with a third party
We do not rent or sell your personal information to a third party. We do not share any personal data of our users with any third party. Our employees do not have the right to use the personal data collected for the purpose of user cooperation and the Archive. Although it is unlikely, in case we receive a court order from the competent legislative authority, the Archives will be obliged to provide them with the requested information. The archives shall take precautionary measures to ensure that the determining authorities making the request actually have legitimate reasons for the information requested.

The archive keeps personal data from unauthorized disposal and access. The archive uses organizational, technical and physical security measures to protect the personal data collected.

The information from these cookies helps us understand how our users use the website, with the purpose of improving the quality of content to users and the browsing experience. The user has the right at any time to withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data and to request the termination of further processing of his data, unless it is processing data for statistical purposes, when the personal data no longer allow the identification of the person to whom they relate. The user also has the right to request the correction or modification of the personal data he has provided for processing. The withdrawal of consent or the request for correction or modification of personal data shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to dapa@dapa.hr or to the postal address, Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin.
Anyone who believes that a right guaranteed by this Act has been violated may submit a request for a finding of a violation of rights to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
