Paccess to information and re-use of information is realized in accordance with the Right of Access to Information Act (OG 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22). The Act regulates the right of natural and legal persons to access and re-use information held by public authorities.

The right of access to information is exercised by submitting an oral or written request to the State Archives in Pazin. The applicant is not obliged to state the reason for requesting information or to invoke the Right of Access to Information Act.

A request for the exercise of the right of access to information may be submitted:

  • by post to: State Archives in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin;
  • by e-mail to: dapa@dapa.hr;
  • in person at the State Archives in Pazin on working days from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The application should contain the data necessary to identify the requested information and the applicant. If the application is not sufficiently specific or complete, the applicant will be invited to complete or rectify it.

Access to information is not subject to administrative or court fees. The State Archives in Pazin may charge the actual material costs incurred in providing and delivering the information, in accordance with the applicable Criteria for determining the amount of the fee for the actual material costs and the costs of providing the information.
