- Director
- Department for editing and processing archives until 1945.
- Department for editing and processing archives since 1945.
- Department for the Protection of Archival and Documentary Material Outside the Archives
- Department of Documentation and Information Affairs with two sections: the Department of IT Support and the Library Department
- Department of Archival Protection, Conservation and Restoration and Department of Digitalization and Microfilming
- Department of Church Materials
- Department of General Affairs
