Invitation to a Tender Delivery in a SINGLE PROCEDURE

The State Archives in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, Pazin, as the client has initiated a simple procurement procedure for construction and craft works in the administrative building of the State Archives in Pazin, and is sending you this Call for Tenders.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESSING COURT

• Technical specifications of the subject of the procurement:
• Careful manual removal of wooden/glass rock with total dimensions of 248/354 cm, transport, boarding the vehicle and transport to the landfill.
• Careful manual removal of ceramic soda with dimensions of 10/2 cm, transport, boarding the vehicle and transport to the landfill.
• Careful manual removal of the 108/8 cm stone threshold, transport, boarding the vehicle and transport to the landfill.
• Careful manual removal of the wooden threshold of 108/8 cm, transport, boarding the vehicle and transport to the landfill.
• Careful manual removal of the stone threshold measuring 80/8 cm, transport, boarding the vehicle and transport to the landfill.
• Careful manual cutting of the substrate at the junction of the execution of works with non-adaptable surfaces.
• Careful manual cleaning of 20 mm thick floor paving together with the associated connecting material , transport, boarding on the vehicle and transport to the landfill.
• Careful manually detailed cleaning of the substrate from which the floor covering was removed, all prepared for the impregnation setup.
• Supply of the required material and coating of the substrate with impregnation – SN bond to obtain a high-quality connection of the existing floor layers with the new layer.
• Supply of the necessary material, yield and making the leveling of the existing substrate with a leveling mass for leveling the thickness up to 20 mm.
• Supply of materials and production of partition walls from GK boards with a total thickness of 12.5 cm. Double-sided wall cladding with double GK panels. On a metal galvanized substructure for a total wall thickness of 12.5 cm. Between GK plates set mineral wool. Fugated, and the joints between the plates need to be bandaged. Also joints between plasterboard and other surfaces need to be bandaged. All necessary work and materials are included in the price. The height of the partition is 400 cm.
• Supply of all the necessary material, transport and installation of floor ceramic tiles. Tiles according to the client's choice of purchase VPC prices up to 200 kn/m2. The unit price includes a set-up on flexible glue and grouting.
• Supply of all the necessary material, transport and installation of ceramic juice. The juice is cut from the tile at the choice of the buyer of the purchase VPC price up to 200 kn/m2. The unit price includes a set-up on flexible glue and grouting.
• Supply of materials, transport, preparation of the substrate and installation of new stone thresholds up to 108/8 cm.
• Supply, manufacture and installation of single leaf doors with dimensions 92/205, set with door frame/gear width up to 15 cm, slats, shackle, handle, lock, bumper, etc. Finishing door leaf in veneer, painted and lacquered in color and tone according to the client's choice.
• Supply of materials and plastering of wall surfaces on the positions of the removed rocks.
• Supply of materials and two-time painting with semi-dispersive paint of internal plastered and GK surfaces. Tone according to the investor's choice, included and necessary work scaffolding for work at height and preparation of the substrate, scraping and glazing up to 15 percent of the surface.
• Final building cleaning of the premises after the completion of works.
3. METHOD OF THE OFFER
• Content of the tender
The tender must contain:
1. Completed, signed and certified Excise (Annex 1)
2. Completed, signed and certified Tender Sheet (Annex 2)
• Detailed procedure (mode and deadlines) in case of a complaint about the works performed
• The tenderer shall submit its tender by e-mail only within the deadline for submission of the tender: dapa@dapa.hr
• Deadline for submission of tenders: 20 July 2022 at 12.00
4. PROCESSING CONDITIONS
• This procurement procedure involves the conclusion of: Contract for construction and craft works in the State Archives building in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, Pazin
• Deadline for completion of works: The supplier undertakes to complete the construction works in the State Archives building in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, Pazin within 45 days from the date of signing the Public Procurement Contract
• Deadline, method and conditions of payment: The executor undertakes to invoice the delivery at the agreed prices, and payment is made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

2. In the event that two or more offers offer the same price, the offer received earlier will be selected

1. Method of determining the offer price, offer currency
• Unit prices from the offer are constant during the period of validity of the offer. The bidder expresses the price of the bid in HRK.
• The price of the offer is written in figures. All costs and discounts must be included in the price of the offer without value added tax.
• The tenderer is obliged to indicate the price of the offer without VAT, VAT and the price of the offer with VAT.
• The offer is made without a special fee.
2. Language and letter of offer
• The offer is made in Croatian language and Latin script.
3. Other notices
• Inquiries about the subject of procurement should be sent exclusively by e-mail: dapa@dapa.hr
• The contracting authority shall send a written notice of the results of the procurement by e-mail to all tenderers within thirty (30) days of the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders.
• The Client reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure at any time, i.e. not to select any tender, all without any obligations or fees of any kind towards the tenderer.
