In accordance with the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (OG 50/2020) and the recommendations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health, the State Archives in Pazin are working with users until further notice as follows:
- Requests for certified copies of material must be submitted by e-mail (dapa@dapa.hr), by fax to 052 616 214 or by post (to Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin).
- For the duration of the new measures and recommendations of the competent authorities, the opening hours of the reading room are Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 13.30.
- According to the recommendations of the HZJZ, 4 (four) users can stay in the DAPA reading room per day. For research work in the reading room, users must announce themselves by email (dapa@dapa.hr or maja.milovan@dapa.hr) to agree on the date of use of the material.
- In order to reduce the likelihood of direct contact with employees in the reading room, after confirming the appointment, the user submits a completed request for access to the material by e-mail. The application is published on the website of the State Archives in Pazin and you can download it here.
- In order to reduce the likelihood of suspected infection with the coronavirus, all employees, users and external associates will be measured the temperature during arrivals to the Institution. If the body temperature is higher than 37.2 °C, if a person feels sick or has any signs of illness (applies to all symptoms and signs of illness, not only respiratory diseases), he should contact his superior and not come to work until he contacts the family doctor or emergency medical service on the phone in cases where life is directly endangered or severely damaged.
- It is recommended that users bring personal protective equipment (protective mask, disposable gloves) and typewriters (graphic pen and eraser) with them if they need them.
