On the basis of Article 18. Statute of the State Archives in Pazin (hereinafter DAPA), class: 012-03/08-01/01, ref. No: 2163-56-09-01-04 of 20 November 2009, in accordance with Art. 24. Basic Collective Agreement for Civil Servants and Employees in Public Services (OG 128/17) and approval of the Ministry of Culture Classes: 112-01/18-01/0917, ref. No: 532-06-02/3-18-02 of 5 June 2018
N A T J E Č A J
I. For the recruitment of employees into employment:
1. janitor (M/F) -1 executor for an indefinite period of time
II. Conditions:
– SSS or VKV of the technical direction;
– passed a category B driving test;
– knowledge of the operation of fire alarm, fire, anti-theft and other systems;
– passed the test for the operator/site of central heating or with an obligation to take it within two years of entering into an employment relationship.
III. The application must be accompanied by:
– Certificate of citizenship (copy)
– proof of professional qualifications (copy)
– proof of passing the test for the central heating loggia (copy)
– certificate of no criminal record not older than 6 months (original)
– curriculum vitae.
IV. Persons who have not passed the professional exam for the operator of central heating can also apply for the competition, with the obligation to take it within two years of entering into employment.
V. For shortlisted candidates, a psychophysical fitness check and an interview will be carried out. If a candidate does not undergo a prior check of psychophysical abilities or does not attend an interview, he/she will be deemed to have withdrawn his/her application to the Competition.
VI The time of the psychophysical fitness check and the time of the interview with the shortlisted candidates will be communicated in person no later than five (5) days before the check is held.
VII. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
VIII. The deadline for submitting applications is 8 (eight) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette at the following address: State Archives in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin with the indication «Tender for the position of janitor».
IX. Candidates will be notified of the results of the competition within the legal deadline.
