On the basis of Article 18. Statute of the State Archives in Pazin (hereinafter DAPA), class: 012-03/08-01/01, ref. No: 2163-56-09-01-04 of 20 November, in accordance with Art. 24. The Basic Collective Agreement for Civil Servants and Employees in Public Services (OG 128/17) is published

I. For the recruitment of employees into employment:
1. graduate librarian (M/F) -1 executor for an indefinite period of time
II. Conditions:
– completed undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies or specialist graduate professional studies in the field of information and communication sciences with at least 60 ECTS credits from the library orientation programme, i.e. studies of library orientation leading to higher professional qualifications in accordance with the regulations in force before the entry into force of the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education, or
– completed second undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies or specialist graduate professional studies, i.e. studies leading to the acquisition of higher professional qualifications in accordance with the regulations in force before the entry into force of the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education, with the obligation to acquire 30 ECTS credits from the library orientation programme within 3 years from the date of recruitment;
– passed the professional examination for a graduate librarian;
– knowledge of a foreign language; and
– basic IT competences and skills.
III. The application must be accompanied by:
– Certificate of citizenship (copy)
– proof of professional qualifications (copy)
– proof of passing the professional examination (copy)
– a handwritten declaration of knowledge of a foreign language;
– a handwritten declaration of knowledge of working on a personal computer;
– certificate of no criminal record not older than 6 months (original)
– curriculum vitae.
IV. Persons who have not passed the professional exam for a graduate librarian may also apply for the competition, with the obligation to pass the exam in accordance with the Ordinance on the conditions and manner of acquiring professional titles in the librarian's profession.
V. The list of candidates who have met the formal requirements will be published on the DAPA website (www.dapa.hr). Candidates who have met the formal requirements will undergo a psychophysical fitness check. If a candidate does not undergo a prior psychophysical fitness check, he/she will be deemed to have withdrawn his/her application to the Competition.
VI The time of the psychophysical fitness check of candidates who have met the formal requirements will be published on the DAPA notice board and DAPA website (www.dapa.hr) no later than five (5) days before the check is held.
VII. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
VIII. The deadline for submitting applications is 8 (eight) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette at the following address: State Archives in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin with the indication «Tender for the position of graduate librarian».
IX. Candidates will be notified of the results of the competition within the legal deadline.
