On Thursday, 5 December 2019, two lectures on ‘What are they and whose communes are they in Ćnicija?’ were held at the State Archives in Pazin, starting at 6 p.m. Assoc. prof. dr. sc. Ivan Milotić (Faculty of Law in Zagreb) gave a lecture on "The concept and emergence of communes in Istria and Ćićarija and their meaning as a traditional form of ownership", and Tomislav Sadrić, mag. iur. (lawyer in Zagreb) on the topic ‘Legal view on the belonging of the commune in Ćićarija’.
