On October 11, 2017, a workshop for notaries of the Istrian County Notary Assembly was held. A new structure of the list of materials for notaries and newspapers in the IT system ‘ARHISTVARATELJ’ were presented to the notaries’ offices.
ARCHISTVARATELJ is an IT archival system designed and specialized for creating, updating, storing, and delivering the List of all documentation collections and units to the competent archive in the xml files.
Through the workshop, they were explained in more detail the creation of a list of all documentation collections and units (collective records of materials) in accordance with the new structure, as well as the creation of xml files through the said System, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation to create and submit a list of all documentation collections and units of materials in accordance with Article 3. 6 Ordinance on the Protection and Preservation of Archival and Registry Material Outside the Archives (Official Gazette 63/04) and Article 1 of the Ordinance on the Protection and Preservation of Archival and Registry Material Outside the Archives (Official Gazette 63/04) Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on the Protection and Preservation of Archival and Registry Material Outside the Archives (OG 106/07).
