Today we had the honor of hosting students of the 7th and 8th grade of Joakim Rakovac Elementary School from Sv. Lovreč who participated in the ‘Past and Word’ workshop as part of their homeland classes.
As part of the workshop, students explored the library materials, newspapers Our Syllable and People's Friend, and inspired by articles, stories and interesting details from newspapers, made posters, comics and infographics using the Canva tool.
This workshop enabled students to interpret the past in a modern way, explore how news was once transmitted and understand the importance of preserving historical records that are the basis of our cultural identity.
We are proud that we could be part of this interesting and educational project. We wish the students a lot of success in completing the project!
