The State Archives in Pazin held a presentation of the book of the deceased prof. dr. sc. Miroslav Bertoša LIFE COST: Where is the life I lost by living it?, published by the Croatian University Publishing House. The book, which explores the transience of life and deep reflection on its meaning, is presented through the memories of the professor's family, students and colleagues.
Family, students, and colleagues shared personal anecdotes and memories, recalling his lectures, wisdom, and passion for history, research, teaching, and life.
We thank all the participants who participated and attended this emotional meeting and with their memories paid tribute to the professor whose life and work shaped many.
