On 15 November 2017 at 6 pm in the State Archives in Pazin doc. dr. sc. Evelina Rudan will give a lecture on the topic From the field to the archives to the book – all the lives of oral stories in Istria.

About the trainer:

Doc. dr. sc. Evelina Rudan graduated in Croatian and South Slavic Philology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. She received her PhD at the same faculty in 2010. She has worked in the Pazin College – Classical Gymnasium as a professor of Croatian language and literature and in the publishing company ‘Josip Turčinović’ d.o.o. Pazin, as a proofreader, journalist and editor. She works as an assistant professor at the Department of Croatian Oral Literature, Department of Croatian Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. She has published a scientific monograph: The Učka fairies. Genre, context, performance and oral beings surrender  This year she received the award of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. As a poet, she has published several collections of poems.
