PUBLIC CALL for admission of persons in the implementation of the measure of the Croatian Employment Service "Acquisition of first work experience/traineeship"
Archival technician – trainee (m/f) – 1 executor, fixed-term (12 months), full-time
Conditions:
– SSS of graphical, electrical or informational direction
– knowledge of a foreign language;
– basic IT competences and skills;
The candidate must meet the conditions prescribed by the decision of the Croatian Employment Service. Active employment policy measures – unemployed persons without insurance periods at educational level in the fields of education, health, social welfare and culture, registered in the unemployment register. The trainee is entitled to an intern's salary of 85.% the salary of the post, in accordance with the Decree on job titles and coefficients of complexity of public service tasks and the cost of transport in accordance with the Decision of the Governing Council of the Croatian Employment Service.
The following must be indicated in the application for the public tender:

The written application must be accompanied by the following evidence, in original or in copy, proving that the candidates meet the formal requirements of the competition:
- Curriculum Vitae
– a copy of an identity card or a certificate of nationality (passport);
– proof of completion of a secondary vocational qualification (copy)
– conviction that the person competing is not subject to criminal proceedings (not older than 30 days);
– electronic record of seniority of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute with data from the register of origin
– certificate from the Croatian Employment Service on keeping records of unemployed persons (not older than 30 days)
– a handwritten declaration of knowledge of one foreign language;
– a handwritten declaration of knowledge of working on a personal computer;
People of both sexes are equally involved in the public call.
Candidates who exercise the right of priority in their admission to employment under special regulations are obliged to invoke this right in their application to the public call and have priority over other candidates only under the same conditions. They are required to enclose with the application proof of compliance with the basic conditions set out in the public call, proof of recognised status showing that right.
Candidate who invokes the right of priority for recruitment pursuant to Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of their Families (NN Nos 121/2017, 98/2019), with the application for the competition/advertisement is obliged to enclose, in addition to proof of compliance with the required conditions, all the necessary evidence available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans' Affairs:

An application containing all the information and annexes listed in the public call is considered to be a proper application.
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered. Persons who submit incomplete or untimely applications are not considered to be candidates registered for the public call. Persons who do not meet the formal requirements set out in the call are not considered to be registered candidates.
Candidates who have met the formal requirements will be interviewed and informed by telephone. A candidate who does not attend the interview shall be deemed to have withdrawn his/her application and shall no longer be considered to be a candidate registered for the competition. DAPA reserves the right to cancel a public call, i.e. the right not to select any candidate, without the obligation to state the reasons for its decision.
The deadline for submitting applications is 8 (eight) days from the publication of the public call on the website of the Croatian Employment Service and the State Archives in Pazin. Written applications with evidence of meeting the requirements of the public call are submitted to the State Archives in Pazin, exclusively to the following e-mail address: dapa@dapa.hr with indication: ‘Public call for the post Archival Technician – Trainee’.
For the person selected, the State Archives in Pazin will submit a request to the Croatian Employment Service to co-finance employment for the acquisition of the first work experience/traineeship.
A fixed-term employment contract will be concluded with the selected candidate in accordance with the recruitment support for the acquisition of the first work experience/traineeship after obtaining approval from the Croatian Employment Service.
