for reception

 

1. CONZERVATOR RESTAURATOR (M/F) – 1 temporary executor – until the worker returns from maternity leave

2. The conditions are:
• completed university graduate study or university integrated undergraduate and graduate study or professional graduate study (CROQF level 7.1.sv. or 7.1.st.) or equivalent study of artistic direction, field: conservation and restoration;
• one year (1) of work in a narrower specialty of the profession;
• passed the professional exam for conservator-restorer;
• possessing the necessary manual abilities and skills;
• knowledge of a foreign language; and
• basic IT competences and skills.

3. The application must be accompanied by:
• CV
• a copy of the identity card or citizenship certificate (passport)
• a copy of the evidence of the appropriate level of education;
• conviction that the person competing is not subject to criminal proceedings (not older than 6 months);
• electronic record of service of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute with data from the register of origin
• proof of passing the professional exam (copy)
• a handwritten declaration of knowledge of a foreign language
• a handwritten declaration of knowledge of work on a personal computer

4. Persons who have not passed the professional examination for conservator-restorer may also apply for the competition, with the obligation to pass the examination in accordance with the Rules on professional titles for performing tasks related to the protection and preservation of cultural and their acquisition methods (NN No 104/19).

5. On the basis of Art. 13, para. 2 Persons of both sexes may apply for the competition under the Gender Equality Act (NN Nos 82/08, 69/17).

6. A candidate who exercises the right of priority in employment under special regulations is obliged to invoke this right in the application for the competition, or to enclose with the application all the prescribed documentation under a special law and has priority over other candidates under the same conditions.

7. A candidate exercising the right of priority in employment under the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of their Families (NN Nos 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21) shall prove this by the required documents. 8. Pursuant to the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of their Families, persons referred to in Article 102(1)-3 of that Act are invited to submit the evidence referred to in Article 103(1). Laws for the purpose of gaining an advantage in employment.

9. A candidate who invokes the right of priority for recruitment pursuant to Article 9. In the application form for the competition, the person with disabilities must invoke the right to vocational rehabilitation and employment (Narodne Novine (NN; Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) Nos 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) and enclose all evidence of compliance with the required conditions, as well as proof of the established disability status.

10. A candidate who invokes the right of priority in employment in accordance with Article 48f of the Act on the Protection of Civil and Military Disabled Persons of the War (NN Nos 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 02/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13, 98/19) shall, in addition to the application for the competition, attach a decision or certificate showing that right, in addition to proof of compliance with the required conditions.

11. Candidates’ personal data available from the application form, as well as the personal data available from the above-mentioned annexes to the application form for the public tender, are collected and processed solely for the purpose of conducting the public tender and in accordance with the applicable regulations (General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, Official Gazette 42/18).

12. By applying for the public tender, the candidate gives consent to the collection and processing of personal data by DAPA for the purpose of selecting a candidate for the position of conservator restorer, as well as for the name and surname of the selected candidate to be published on the DAPA website.

13. Candidates who have submitted a complete application in good time and who meet the formal requirements of the competition and whose applications are complete and timely will be invited to a manual competency check/assessment/interview/conversation. If the candidate does not complete the manual competency check/assessment/interview/conversation, he/she will be deemed to have withdrawn his/her application to the Competition. Candidates will be invited for a manual check/assessment/interview/interview by telephone, using the phone number provided in their application form.

14. A complete application is considered to be one that contains all the information listed in the Public Competition. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.

15. The deadline for submitting applications is 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication on the website of the Croatian Employment Service. Applications must be submitted exclusively to: State Archives in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin with the indication «Tender for the position of conservator restorer».

16. Candidates will be notified of the results of the competition within the legal deadline.
