On Friday, April 8, 2022, a solemn academy dedicated to Mons was held in the Pazin College. Božo Milanović, his life, actions and deeds, on the 75th anniversary of the Paris Peace Treaties of 1947 in which Mons. Milanovic participated. At the same time, the reissue of the four-liter edition of his capital works was presented:  It includes the books ‘Croatian National Revival I’, ‘Croatian National Revival II’, ‘Istra in the twentieth century’ and ‘My Memories (1900-1976)’.

Oh, mons. Božo Milanović as a distinguished priest, diplomat, cultural worker and politician said: Mons. dr. sc. Drazen Kutleša, Archbishop of Split-Makarska coadjutor and Apostolic Administrator of the Poreč and Pula dioceses, dr. sc. Nina Obuljen Koržinek, Minister of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, Mons. Ivan Milovan, bishop of Poreč and Pula in peace and mr. sc. Ilija Jakovljević and Assoc. prof. dr. sc. Ivan Milotić, editors of the four-literary edition of mons. God of Milan. In addition to the aforementioned academies, the following were present: newly appointed Archbishop coadjutor of the Archdiocese of Zadar Mons. Milan Zgrablić, general vicar of Poreč and Pula diocese Mons. William Grbac, Chancellor of the Diocese of Mons. Sergije Jelenić, director of diocesan Caritas Željko Zec, State Secretary Ivan Bubić, Head of the Istrian Police Department Božo Kirin, County Head for Culture Vladimir Torbica, Director of the State Archives in Pazin Mirela Mrak, most mayors of Istrian cities, numerous heads of Istrian municipalities, heads of many institutions, state and county offices and numerous councillors of the Istrian County Assembly.

The ceremonial academy was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia and the Diocese of Poreč and Pula, and the programme holder, the initiator of the ceremonial academy and the coordinator of the organization was Mr. Ilija Jakovljević.
