About the trainer:
Doc. dr. sc. Filip Škiljan (Zagreb, 1980) is a professor of history and archaeology. He graduated, obtained his master's degree (2006) and his doctoral degree (2009) from the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. He is employed as a research associate at the Institute for Migration and Ethnic Studies in Zagreb. He was the head of two elective courses at the University of Zagreb's Croatian Studies. In scientific research he mostly deals with Croatian history of the twentieth century, oral history, World War II and national minorities in Croatia. He has exhibited at numerous conferences in Croatia and abroad. He is the author of eight books and dozens of scientific and professional articles published in domestic and foreign publications.
