European Heritage Days 2020 in Croatia (7.10.2020)

Ante Cukrov (1939), educational, cultural and public worker. He was educated in Šibenik (Teaching School), Pula (geography, history and music at the then Pedagogical Academy) and Rijeka (Faculty of Pedagogical Studies). He worked as a teacher and professor in several schools in Istria. Many years of experience in education and good knowledge of school issues, as well as knowledge of the Istrian past, introduced him to research work in the field of the history of Istrian education, in which he made a significant mark in the form of several monographic editions and numerous scientific and professional papers.
