IMPORTANT!!!: Decisions and recommendations on actions in the area of the City of Pazin to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus
Due to the reduction of the risk of further spread of COVID-19 infection, the Mayor of the City of Pazin, Renato Krulčić, made the following Decisions:
- Decision to postpone all cultural and sporting events in the City of Pazin
- Decision to close sports facilities
- Decision on restricting the operation of catering facilities
Therefore, in the area of the City of Pazin:
- postpone all gatherings of the population in the open and indoor space
- the museum, the city library are closed to the public and gatherings within the Memorial Home are postponed (lectures, cinema programmes, theatre programmes, concerts, events and all other activities involving the gathering of a large number of people);
- sports facilities in the area of the City of Pazin are closed to the public
- catering establishments in the area of the City of Pazin belonging to the groups ‘Restaurants’, ‘Bars’ and ‘Facilities for simple services’ are restricted from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Civil society organisations are recommended to cancel all gatherings of members
- it is recommended that before going to the doctor in the Health Center, the patient contact his doctor by phone and arrange for further action
- It is recommended that the activities take place in the family circle.
- in the city administration there will be limited work with the parties and they will be carried out exclusively by telephone and electronic means.
Decisions were made on the basis of the recommendations of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Istrian County and the Guidelines for procedures related to the current situation of the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
In addition, the company Services d.o.o. has suspended the regular monthly fair in Pazin (which was scheduled for 7 April), and during the last funerals of the deceased at the cemeteries of the City of Pazin and the municipalities of Cerovlje, Gračišće, Karojba, Tinjan, Motovun, Lupoglav and Sveti Petar u Šuma, special measures will be in force, i.e. the funerals will be held exclusively within the family.
At the Company's management office at Šime Kurelića 22 and at the parking service office at Sv. Cyril and Method 4 will be restricted until further notice and will be done by telephone and electronically.
All measures are in line with the recommendations of the Epidemiology Service of the Institute of Public Health of the Istrian County, and the City Headquarters of Civil Protection.
We ask the public for understanding and cooperation in order to work together to minimize the dangers caused by the epidemic of this disease.
