About the trainer:

Doc. dr. sc. Damir Tulić (Dubrovnik, 1981) graduated in 2005 with a degree in art history and history from the University of Zadar. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2012 at the University of Zagreb. He won the Rector's Award in 2004 for outstanding results achieved during his studies. Since 2006 he has been a research assistant at the Department of Art History of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Rijeka, and since 2013 he has been an assistant professor at the same faculty and a mentor at the Postgraduate Study of Humanities of the University of Zadar. The main area of his scientific interest is sculpture and painting and applied art of the early modern period (17th and 18th centuries), with special emphasis on Venice, Veneto, Friuli, Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia. He is the author of two monographs, several chapters in books and several scientific papers published in domestic and foreign publications. He has exhibited at numerous scientific conferences in Croatia and abroad.
