About the trainer:
Doc. dr. sc. Željko Bartulović graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka. He obtained his master’s degree and then his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, with the theme ‘State legal status of the city of Sušak 1919-1947’. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. He is the author of a monograph, chapters in a book and fifteen scientific papers mostly in the field of Croatian Medieval Law. The main area of his scientific research and work is the history of Croatian law and the state.
