The normative framework for conducting consultations with the interested public in the Republic of Croatia is determined by the Code of Consultation with the interested public in the procedures for passing laws, other regulations and acts (OG 140/09) and the Act on the Right of Access to Information (OG 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22).

State administration bodies, other state bodies, local and regional self-government units and legal persons with public powers are obliged to consult the public when passing laws and by-laws, as well as when adopting general acts or other strategic or planning documents that affect the interests of citizens and legal persons.

 

Public consultation - Draft Rules on the Implementation of Simple Procurement Procedures of the State Archives in Pazin


Dana 27 July 2026 start the public consultation process of the State Archives in Pazin through the official DAPA website, by publishing the Draft Rules on Implementation of Simple Procurement Procedures of the State Archives in Pazin.

The reason for the adoption of these Rules is to comply with the new provisions. the Law on Public Procurement (NN Nos 120/16, 114/22 and 48/26).

Duration of consultation:
27 July 2026 to 10 August 2026

All interested parties are invited to submit their suggestions, comments and opinions on the above draft Rules via the Consultation Form.
