The State Archives in Pazin Seminar for employees in the management of documentary and archival material outside the archives who are required to pass the professional examination in accordance with Article 46. Ordinance on professional archival titles and other titles in the archival profession and the conditions and manner of their acquisition (OG 104/2019) Education for the use of the National Archival Information System eArchive from 23 September to 25 September 2025 at the Archives, Vladimira Nazora 3, Pazin.
The seminar is intended for responsible and in charge employees in public authorities, employees who are required to pass the professional exam and all those who manage the building from its creation, processing to its disposal and subsequent use, so it can be accessed by all interested parties regardless of whether they want to take the exam to check the professional competence of employees in archives for the protection and processing of archives.
Compensation: €200.00 (per candidate), while for the second and each subsequent from the same institution is 75% from the full price of the Seminar. Exempted from VAT pursuant to Article 39(1)(n) of the VAT Act.

Attendance at the Seminar is not a formal prerequisite for admission to the exam. The exam will be held at the State Archives in Pazin on October 7, 2025. All information about the professional exam can be found at the Croatian State Archives.
