We were particularly pleased to participate in the ceremony marking the end of the restoration of the Glagolitic Alley, held on 5 September 2026.
The Glagolitic Alley represents a valuable monumental complex and an important part of Croatian Glagolitic and Istrian cultural heritage. As a unique place of cultural and historical significance, it permanently testifies to the centuries-old Glagolitic tradition, the Croatian written word and the cultural identity of Istria.
The completion of the renovation represents a significant contribution to the preservation of this unique heritage, its valorisation and accessibility to future generations.
By preserving the traces of the past, we also preserve the values that connect us with our heritage, culture and identity.
