On the basis of Art. 40 and 41. <\/p>\n
PUBLIC COMPETITION<\/strong> <\/p>\n 1. The conditions are: A person who has not passed the professional exam in the archival profession may also be appointed director if, on the basis of his\/her previous work, it can be expected that he\/she will successfully manage the state archives and with the obligation to pass the professional exam within eighteen months from the date of appointment.<\/p>\n 2. On the basis of Art. 13, para. 2 Persons of both sexes may apply for the competition under the Gender Equality Act (NN Nos 82\/08, 69\/17).<\/p>\n 3. A candidate who exercises the right of priority in employment under special regulations is obliged to invoke this right in the application for the competition, or to enclose with the application all the prescribed documentation under a special law and has priority over other candidates under the same conditions.<\/p>\n 4. A candidate exercising the right of priority in employment under the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of their Families (NN Nos 121\/17, 98\/19 and 84\/21) shall prove this by the required documents. The evidence required to exercise the right of priority in employment is published on the website of the Ministry of Veterans' Affairs of the Republic of Croatia at the following link: 5. A candidate who invokes the right of priority for recruitment pursuant to Article 9. In the application form for the competition, the person with disabilities must invoke the right to vocational rehabilitation and employment (Narodne Novine (NN; Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) Nos 157\/13, 152\/14, 39\/18, 32\/20) and enclose all evidence of compliance with the required conditions, as well as proof of the established disability status.<\/p>\n 6. A candidate who invokes the right of priority in employment in accordance with Article 48f of the Act on the Protection of Civil and Military Disabled Persons of the War (NN Nos 33\/92, 57\/92, 77\/92, 27\/93, 58\/93, 02\/94, 76\/94, 108\/95, 108\/96, 82\/01, 103\/03, 148\/13, 98\/19) shall, in addition to the application for the competition, attach a decision or certificate showing that right, in addition to proof of compliance with the required conditions.<\/p>\n 7. Candidates\u2019 personal data available from the application form, as well as the personal data available from the above-mentioned annexes to the application form for the public tender, are collected and processed solely for the purpose of conducting the public tender and in accordance with the applicable regulations (General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, Official Gazette 42\/18).<\/p>\n 8. By applying for a public competition, the candidate consents to the collection and processing of personal data by the Archive for the purpose of selecting a candidate for appointment to the position of Director, as well as to the publication of the name and surname of the selected candidate on the Archive's website.<\/p>\n 9. The Director is appointed for 4 (four) years on the basis of the proposed Work Programme.<\/p>\n 10. Candidates must enclose with their application: 11. A complete application is considered to be an application containing all the information and annexes listed in the public tender and signed by hand. 12. Candidates will be notified of the results of the competition within the statutory deadline of 45 days from the deadline for submission of applications.<\/p>\n 14.
