\n\u2022 Delivery time of goods: The supplier undertakes to dismantle, create and install windows and shutters on the building of the State Archives in Pazin, Vladimira Nazora 3, Pazin within 90 (ninety) days from the date of signing the Public Procurement Contract
\n\u2022 Deadline, method and conditions of payment: The executor undertakes to invoice the delivery at the agreed prices, and payment is made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the invoice<\/p>\n
\n1. Lowest price
\n2. In the event that two or more offers offer the same price, the offer received earlier will be selected<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 The price of the offer is written in figures. All costs and discounts must be included in the price of the offer without value added tax.
\n\u2022 The tenderer is obliged to indicate the price of the offer without VAT, VAT and the price of the offer with VAT.
\n\u2022 The offer is made without a special fee.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 The contracting authority shall send a written notice of the results of the procurement by e-mail to all tenderers within thirty (30) days of the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders.
