\n\u2022 Subject of procurement: Adaptation of the exhibition hall (final construction works) on the location Vladimira Nazora 3, 52000 Pazin
\nThe subject-matter of the procurement is described in detail in the Cost Statement ANNEX 1 of this Procurement Document
\n\u2022 Cpv code and name: CPV: 4500000 - Completion of construction works
\n\u2022 Estimated value of procurement: \u20ac34,500 excluding VAT
\n\u2022 Technical specifications of the subject of the procurement: The technical specifications of the subject-matter of the procurement are set out in the Cost Statement in ANNEX 1.
\nTenderers are obliged to study the Cost Statement in detail and get acquainted with all the requirements from the same and, in accordance with the above, make and submit their bid.
\nAll interested bidders can visit the renovation premises every working day from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. for the purpose of completing the Excise Statement, with prior notice on the phone number 052 624 077.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Content of the tender
\nThe tender must contain:
\n1. Completed, signed and certified Excise (Annex 1)
\n2. Completed, signed and certified Tender Sheet (Annex 2)
\n\u2022 Detailed procedure (mode and deadlines) in case of a complaint about the service provided
\n\u2022 The tenderer shall submit its tender by e-mail only within the deadline for submission of the tender: dapa@dapa.hr
\n\u2022 Deadline for submission of tenders: 11 April 2024 at 12.00<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 This procurement procedure involves the conclusion of: of the Treaty on the Adaptation of the Exhibition Hall in the State Archives building in Pazin, Vladimir Nazor 3, Pazin.
\n\u2022 Deadline for completion of works: The supplier undertakes to make an adaptation of the exhibition hall in the State Archives building in Pazin, Vladimir Nazor 3, Pazin within 30 days from the date of signing the Public Procurement Contract.
\n\u2022 Deadline, method and conditions of payment: The executor undertakes to invoice the delivery at the agreed prices, and payment is made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the e-invoice.
\n\u2022 Provisions on electronic invoice
\nIn accordance with the Act on Electronic Invoicing in Public Procurement (OG 94\/18), the Client is obliged to receive invoices exclusively in the form of electronic invoices, i.e. e-invoices.
\nTherefore, it is necessary for bidders to send issued invoices through their chosen information intermediary in the form of e-invoices, because the same sent by e-mail or in paper form will not be able to receive or make payments to the client.
\nThe only invoices that the client will be able to accept as valid are invoices issued in electronic form in accordance with the European standard and sent through a selected information broker.<\/p>\n
\nAdvance payment is excluded, as well as the request for security of payment by the selected bidder.
\n\u2022 Tender selection criterion:
\n1. Lowest price
\n2. In the event that two or more offers offer the same price, the offer received earlier will be selected
\n\u2022 Completion of the procurement procedure: The procurement procedure ends with the enforceability of the selection or annulment decision.
\n\u2022 The Contracting Parties shall conclude a public procurement contract in writing within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of enforceability of the selection decision.<\/p>\n
\n1. Method of determining the offer price, offer currency
\n\u2022 Unit prices from the offer are constant during the period of validity of the offer.
\nThe tenderer shall express the price of the tender in euros.
\n\u2022 The price of the offer is written in figures. All costs and discounts must be included in the price of the offer without value added tax.
\n\u2022 The tenderer is obliged to indicate the price of the offer without VAT, VAT and the price of the offer with VAT.
\n\u2022 The offer is made without a special fee.
\n2. Language and letter of offer
\n\u2022 The offer is made in Croatian language and Latin script.
\n3. Other notices
\n\u2022 Inquiries about the subject of procurement should be sent exclusively by e-mail: dapa@dapa.hr
\n\u2022 The contracting authority shall send a written notice of the results of the procurement by e-mail to all tenderers within thirty (30) days of the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders.
\n\u2022 The Client reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure at any time,
\ni.e. not to choose any offer, all without any obligations or fees of any kind
\ntypes according to the tenderer.<\/p>\n
