Istrian Historical Biennale (21-23.05.2009.)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Organized by the State Archives in Pazin, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Pula and the Heritage Museum of Pore\u010d, an international scientific conference 4 was held in Pore\u010d from 21 to 23 May 2009. Istrian historical biennale, with the theme <strong><em>Filii, filiae: <\/em>Position and role of children in the Adriatic area. <\/strong>The conference brought together about twenty scientists from Croatia, Slovenia and Italy. Biennale thus became a permanent gathering place for prominent historians of the region and a place where they discuss, invent and reflect on insufficiently researched topics in historiography. Thanks to such activity, for eight years now, data has been processed in a targeted manner, which would remain on the margins of the interest of the historical profession through readings of documents of ancient, medieval and modern state and church archives from Croatia, Italy and Slovenia.<em> Istrian Historical Biennale <\/em>They confirm not only the high scientific level, but also the high level of cooperation between the three historio-graphies (Croatian, Slovenian and Italian), which are also components of the national identities of the Istrian peninsula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The scientific conference was attended by:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sabina Florence Fabijanec, Zdenka Janekovi\u0107 Romer, Darja Miheli\u010d, Ermanno Orlando, Marija Karbi\u0107, Zoran Ladi\u0107, Zrinka Nikoli\u0107 Jakus, Marija Mogorovi\u0107 Crljenko, Rino Cigui, Gaetano Ben\u010di\u0107, Dragica \u010ce\u010d, Rina Kralj-Brassard, Dean Krmac, Aleksej Kale, Elena Uljan\u010di\u0107-Veki\u0107, Mirjana Margeti\u0107, Slaven Berto\u0161a, Milan Rado\u0161evi\u0107, Mislava Berto\u0161a, and Tajana Uj\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The papers were published in 2011 in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dapa.hr\/en\/4-istarski-povijesni-bienalle-zbornik-radova-2011\/\">the Collection of Papers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Organized by the State Archives in Pazin, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Pula and the Heritage Museum of Pore\u010d, an international scientific conference 4 was held in Pore\u010d from 21 to 23 May 2009.
