He is responsible for documentary and archival material created by the work of creators who have acted or are acting in the area of his competence and whose activity is primarily important for that area.<\/p>\n<p>Performing the public archival service, the State Archives in Pazin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>keep records and documentation of public documentary and archival material under its responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>provides professional support to public authorities in the preservation, protection, processing, evaluation, selection and excretion of materials;<\/li>\n<li>carry out professional supervision of material held by public authorities and of private archives;<\/li>\n<li>care for the building it keeps, its integrity, availability and usability, and implement protection, conservation, restoration and recording measures;<\/li>\n<li>edits, processes, lists and publishes archival material and produces and publishes information aids;<\/li>\n<li>downloads, processes and digitises public archives and collects and processes private archives;<\/li>\n<li>enable and encourage the use of archives;<\/li>\n<li>organizes exhibitions, lectures and other programs of presenting archival material and archival activities;<\/li>\n<li>engage in professional and scientific work and organise professional trainings, workshops and meetings;<\/li>\n<li>provide professional assistance and services in the management of documentary and archival material;<\/li>\n<li>publish archival material and other publications, including magazines; <strong>Vjesnik Istrian Archives (VIA)<\/strong> and special editions;<\/li>\n<li>cooperates with archives, cultural, scientific and related institutions and organizations in Croatia and abroad;<\/li>\n<li>performs other tasks prescribed by the Archives and Archives Act and other applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Osniva\u010d Dr\u017eavnog arhiva u Pazinu je Republika Hrvatska, a prava i du\u017enosti osniva\u010da obavlja ministarstvo nadle\u017eno za poslove kulture.
