A special place is occupied by the information aids made in the State Archives in Pazin, as well as those taken together with the archival funds of Istrian provenance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Department also records data on the use and publication of archival material and provides documentary and professional support in the implementation of projects and cooperation with other institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Jobs related to working with users of the Reading Room include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; text-align: left;\">\n<li>reception and registration of users of archives;<\/li>\n<li>informing, advising and providing professional assistance to users;<\/li>\n<li>receiving and processing applications for the use of materials, issuing information and making copies;<\/li>\n<li>preparation and publication of archives for use;<\/li>\n<li>examination of the material before and after use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Department, in cooperation with other organizational units of the State Archives in Pazin, also participates in the professional, cultural, educational, publishing and scientific activities of the Archives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Odsjek za dokumentacijsko-informacijske poslove, poznat i kao INDOK, obavlja poslove vezane uz dokumentiranje stru\u010dnog rada Dr\u017eavnog arhiva u Pazinu, kori\u0161tenje arhivskog gradiva, obavijesna pomagala te informacijske i dokumentacijske sustave. U Odsjeku se prikuplja, evidentira, obra\u0111uje i \u010duva dokumentacija nastala sre\u0111ivanjem, opisivanjem i kori\u0161tenjem arhivskih fondova i zbirki. Posebno mjesto zauzimaju obavijesna pomagala izra\u0111ena u Dr\u017eavnom arhivu u Pazinu, kao i ona preuzeta zajedno s arhivskim fondovima istarske provenijencije.
