The result of these procedures are ordered archival funds and collections, as well as information aids that allow users and archivists to easily navigate the material and find the requested data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Employees of the Department also participate in solving user requests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Department also carries out basic procedures of material protection, including its proper disposal and equipping with appropriate archival packaging before placing it in storage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Part of the staff performs the duties of custodian of the repository and monitors the storage conditions, including microclimatic conditions, in order to ensure its adequate and long-term protection.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dapa.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/Mali-rjecnik-arhivske-terminologije.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Dictionary of archival terminology <\/a> (.pdf, 1366 kB)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U Odsjeku za sre\u0111ivanje i obradu arhivskog gradiva obavljaju se poslovi sre\u0111ivanja, obrade i opisa arhivskog gradiva. Rezultat tih postupaka su sre\u0111eni arhivski fondovi i zbirke te obavijesna pomagala koja korisnicima i arhivistima omogu\u0107uju lak\u0161e snala\u017eenje u gradivu i pronala\u017eenje tra\u017eenih podataka. Djelatnici Odsjeka sudjeluju i u rje\u0161avanju zahtjeva korisnika. U Odsjeku se provode i osnovni postupci materijalne za\u0161tite gradiva, uklju\u010duju\u0107i njegovo pravilno odlaganje i opremanje odgovaraju\u0107om arhivskom ambala\u017eom prije smje\u0161taja u spremi\u0161ta. Dio djelatnika obavlja poslove skrbnika spremi\u0161ta te prati uvjete \u010duvanja gradiva, uklju\u010duju\u0107i mikroklimatske uvjete, kako bi se osigurala njegova odgovaraju\u0107a i dugoro\u010dna za\u0161tita.
